In Store Pickup:
In stock items will be ready for In Store Pick up on the next business day, during business hours.
Local Delivery (Brantford/Brant):
In stock items will be delivered to you on the next business day, during business hours.
Delivery within Ontario, Outside of Brantford/Brant:
You will be contacted by our staff with a personalized shipping rate through Purolator to your location. Should you agree to the quoted shipping charge, this will be added to your purchase and you item will ship on the next business day, and scheduled for next day shipping.
Delivery outside of Ontario/Canada:
We apologize, but at this time, we are only shipping items within Ontario.
Returns and/or Refunds are accepted within 15 days from original invoice date. Items MUST be in new condition, with original packaging and all tags (if applicable) attached. Shoes/Boots must not have been worn, and all tags/packing must be in original condition.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR REFUND/RETURN:
ALL Fall Arrest equipment and PPE (Ear Plugs, Respirators etc). Any items that were personalized or special ordered (items not normally kept in stock) are also not eligible for return or refund.
COVID-19 Returns on Items:
At this time, due to Covid-19 we will not be accepting returns any on clothing/boots/wearable items once it has left the store. Our regular return policy will return once numbers start to decrease, and regular store operation resumes with walk in business.
